What microd0se is

microd0se is a personal tracking tool for people using GLP-1 medications. The app helps you record doses, weight, symptoms, cravings, sleep context, and related notes so you can understand your own patterns.

microd0se is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information you provide

If you use the app, you may choose to enter medication details, dose timing, dose amount, weight, side effects, food-noise entries, sleep context, and notes.

If you join the waitlist or contact support from the website, we collect the email address and message details you submit so we can respond.

Health data and permissions

Health-related entries are used to provide the app features you request, such as medication-level estimates, history, charts, and reminders.

If you grant optional Apple Health or similar platform permissions, microd0se uses that access only for the data types and purposes shown in the permission prompt.

Website and support

The marketing website is not designed to collect health data. If you include health details in a support request, we use them only to understand and respond to that request.

Support requests may include your email address, message, page URL, user agent, and timestamp for troubleshooting context.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, and support operations.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share health entries for targeted advertising.

Retention and choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide microd0se, respond to support requests, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
