By downloading, accessing, or using microd0se, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

microd0se may update these terms by posting revised terms on the website or through the app.

Personal tracking tool only

microd0se is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition.

Medication-level estimates, charts, reminders, symptom logs, and related features are informational only. Always consult your prescribing clinician before making medication, dosing, nutrition, or treatment decisions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter, the security of your device, and how you use the app.

Do not use microd0se for emergencies or urgent medical issues. Contact emergency services or a healthcare professional when appropriate.

App availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features may depend on your device, operating system, internet connection, Apple Health permissions, notifications, or other platform services.

You are responsible for any carrier, data, roaming, app-store, or third-party charges associated with using microd0se.

Intellectual property

microd0se, its design, code, branding, copy, and related materials are owned by microd0se or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except where allowed by law.

Third-party services

microd0se may rely on third-party services for platform distribution, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, email, hosting, and other operational needs.

Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, microd0se and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or website.

The total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use microd0se, if any.
